I believe that fitness is the key to
living a happy and fulfilling life. For me, training
is more than just a job, it is a way of life. It is
the way to discovering my inner self. By pushing myself
beyond what I thought was possible I become better than I
thought I could be.
I truly enjoy working with people and
watching how they improve from week to week. It is
more then just their bodies that are changing. As
their strength grows, their confidence does as well.
They become more outgoing, more self assured and more self
confident. This is especially critical in children and
young adults. Everyone deserves to feel good about
themselves and training is one of the best ways to do it.
I have
been in the field now for over 10 years and when I am not training
I enjoy surfing, playing tennis, lifting weights, playing with my
dog Maverick and spending time with my lovely wife.
