100% Fitness specializes in sports specific training for children, teens and adults. Providing custom strength and conditioning programs for sports such as; tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse, surfing, kayaking and more!

By working with Patrick, an ISSA Certified Sports Specific Trainer, your workout program will be individually designed to help you excel in your sport. During your private workouts you will be shown warm-up and cool-down routines, recovery, flexibility, and weight training routines, cardiovascular and anaerobic/interval training, as well as basic nutrition, plyometrics, abdominal/core training, agility, balance/coordination skills.

Even if you are not training for a particular sport, Patrick can help you to snap out of your old routine and re-energize your workouts.  Beginners of all ages are also welcomed.
